Potato Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped salad olives
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. onion salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss lightly. Add mayonnaise, stirring to coat vegetables.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
