Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
