Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    5 oz. can white meat chicken (with juice)
    3/4 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    toast
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet. Whisk in the flour. Keep stirring until margarine is all soaked into flour. Slowly add milk, whisking as you pour. Stir and simmer until creamy and thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chicken and juice. Heat thoroughly and serve over toast.
