Our Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. low-fat milk
    1 tsp. salt
    chili sauce
    parsley for garnish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix beef, celery, onions, eggs, horseradish, salt and 1/4 cup chili sauce.
    Shape into three loaves; place on rack in baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix mustard and 1/2 cup chili sauce in a bowl; spread over loaves.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
    Garnish with parsley.
