1 margarine or butter
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chocolate chips *
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 c. chopped/shredded apples
1 Tbsp. vanilla
