Spanish Potato And Ham Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small potatoes
3 medium onions
6 to 8 oz. smoked ham
12 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
oil
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes, onions and ham with thinnest slicing disc of food processor. (If you don't have food processor, slice as thinly as possible by hand.)
