Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 to 6 lb.) hen, cooked
4 medium carrots, grated
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 1/2 c. salad dressing (Kraft is best)
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 large can shoestring potatoes
Preparation

Cut cooked chicken into large pieces.
Combine with carrots, onion, salad dressing and mustard.
This should be done one day in advance of serving.
Refrigerate.
