Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick butter
    35 to 40 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix poppy seed, crackers and melted butter in another bowl. Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put 1/2 chicken in bottom.
    Top with part of soup mixture.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed mixture. Repeat layering.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
