Baked Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ham steaks (3/4-inch thick)
    4 apples, peeled and cored
    6 sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice or water
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients into roast pan using raisins to fill apples.
    Sprinkle on sugar; pour juice over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes if ham is parboiled and 2 hours if not. Use a cover during first 30 minutes of baking time.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
