Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, ground twice
    1 large onion or 2 medium
    1 can tomato paste
    catsup (small bottle)
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat in deep skillet or Dutch oven until all red has disappeared.
    Cook chopped onions in separate skillet in a little butter or margarine.
    Add all ingredients to beef and cook on medium heat for about 2 hours.
    If too thick, add a little water while cooking.
