Potato Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    2 lb. Polish sausage, chopped in cubes
    2 c. well seasoned mashed potatoes
    2 c. creamy cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Put cubed Polish sausage in bottom of pie shells.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    (Save 1 cup shredded cheese.) Pour over Polish sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until set.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake until cheese melts.
