Turkish Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium can tomato juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 frying chicken, cut up
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until soft and add tomato juice, salt and pepper.
Place chicken in roaster and pour the onion mixture over the
top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
