Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. cream
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Boil oleo and sugar together in saucepan for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add cream; boil 1 more minute.
    Let cool.
    Add vanilla and enough powdered sugar to thicken.
