Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed peaches
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Gradually add to creamed mixture.
Mix just until blended.
Stir in peaches and pecans.
Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
