Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. finely chopped apples

Preparation

Cream sugar, Crisco oil and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time. Cream well after each addition.
Stir dry ingredients and add to mixture, mixing well.
Bake in a well greased pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
