Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 large pkg.
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    cornflake crumbs (to line bottom and top of pan)
Preparation
    Line pan with cornflake crumbs. Cook broccoli and strain all water.
    Take potato masher and mash broccoli. Add eggs, flour, onion soup mix and mayonnaise to broccoli.
    Pour into pan. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or 425\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
