Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Add oatmeal to boiling water. Add margarine and cover pan. Set aside dry ingredients. Mix sugars and eggs in large bowl. Add dry ingredients to mixture and stir well. Add oatmeal mixture and stir well. Pour mix into 13 x 9-inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
