Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dry mustard
oil for frying
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Add crab meat.
Mix well.
Shape into 6 cakes.
Cook cakes in oil.
Brown about 5 minutes on each side.
