Raisin Casserole Bread("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar (packed)
    1 1/4 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon into 2 greased one-quart casseroles and smooth tops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Loosen edges and turn out onto racks to cool.
