Feta Cheese And Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, sliced thin
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 1 large can
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1 minced clove garlic
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
butter or margarine to grease a 1-quart gratin (dish)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook onion in oil until soft.
Add tomatoes, wine, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bring liquid to boil; turn down to simmer, partially covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove from stove; cool down and stir in shrimp.
Spoon into buttered gratin dish and sprinkle with Feta cheese.
Place in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and shrimp are pink.
Serve over pasta.
