Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1/4 lb. cheese, grated (Cheddar or American)
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into wedges.
    Melt butter; mix with Mrs.
    Dash. Dip potatoes in mixture.
    Lay potatoes out on pan.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Turn potatoes over; bake an additional 20 minutes. Cover with cheese.
