Patio Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Cook milk, sugar, vinegar, 1 egg, mustard, butter, flour, salt and celery seed over low heat until thickened.
    Then add mayonnaise, chopped onion and hard-cooked eggs.
    Mix well and pour over cooked, diced potatoes.
    May also be used as a coleslaw dressing.
