Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add Crisco oil and stir well.
Add eggs and mix.
Add carrots and mix.
Bake in two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans, about 25 minutes.
