Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 c. cream sauce
    1/2 c. cooked mushrooms, sliced in half
    16 medium-sized shrimp, boiled and peeled
    1/2 c. sour cream or 1/4 c. yogurt (plain) and 1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    pinch of thyme
Preparation
    Saute
    green onions in margarine.
    Add cooking wine and blend in\tCream
    Sauce.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp and blend in sour cream
    (or\tsour
    cream and yogurt mixture).
    Add parsley and thyme.
    Serve over yellow rice.
    Serves 2 to 3.
