Mini'S Mustard Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dry mustard
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine mustard and vinegar in bowl.
    Cover.
    Let sit overnight at room temperature.
    Mix together sugar and egg and mustard mixture and cook in double boiler until it thickens. Cool.
    Add 1 1/2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    Serve with ham, pretzels, cheese, etc.
