Slow Cooker Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped medium fine
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 (1 lb. each) cans red kidney beans (be sure to drain thoroughly)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

In an electric slow cooker, stir together all ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours (or on slow for 8 to 10 hours) or until beef is tender.
Makes 6 servings.
