Pie Crust(Two Double Crust Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Work shortening into flour until the texture is like corn meal.
    Add salt and water.
    Work until it is a soft dough.
    Let set 30 minutes before using.
