Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oleo
    1 medium zucchini
    1 medium yellow squash
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    24 Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Slice squash and onions into a casserole dish.
    Dot with oleo and add water to prevent sticking.
    Bake, covered, until tender. Mix Ritz cracker crumbs, tomato sauce, melted oleo and curry powder.
    Spoon on top of squash.
    Poke into the squash a little so some stays on top.
    Cook until bubbling and brown.
