7-Up Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. 7-Up
2 sliced bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Add hot water to lemon jello.
Add 7-Up and cool.
Add cut up bananas, marshmallows and crushed pineapple.
Reserve pineapple juice.
Refrigerate to set.
Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Cook until thick.
Cool, then fold in whipped cream.
Spread over set jello.
