Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except pie shells) and mix well.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
