Peep Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes
1 can chicken broth
white pepper
1 stick butter
salt

Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt stick of butter.
Put potatoes in dish and add the broth. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
