Barbecued Tuna Burgers(Weight Watchers Only) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
3/4 c. tomato puree
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar replacement
1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1/8 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 (1 oz.) enriched white rolls, cut into 3 pieces and toasted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except rolls, in a nonstick skillet. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon barbecued tuna, evenly divided, over cut rolls.
Serve hot.
Makes 2 servings.
