Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, hollowed
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Using small knife, score apples around middle to prevent skin from splitting during cooking.
    Place apples in casserole (8-cup) and sprinkle remaining ingredients over.
    Cover and microwave 9 minutes.
