Sausage-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lightly browned sausage, sliced
4 c. chopped broccoli or 3 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. diced onions
6 beaten eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
6 tsp. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage, then slice.
Butter 2-quart casserole.
In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs, adding 6 teaspoons of milk, 1/2 cup onions and salt.
Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
