Breakfast Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
    3 ripe tomatoes, diced
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 red bell pepper, minced
    1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 2 cups.
