Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. lean pork roast
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place pork in heavy pan.
    In a bowl, combine tomatoes, vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Pour over meat and bake for 5 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Remove bone from roast.
    Shred the meat with a fork.
    Set meat aside.
    Add Tabasco sauce and salt to liquid to taste.
    Cook down if too much liquid.
    Serve on buns.
