Salsa Pronto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Place tomatoes in blender. Cover and run on lowest speed 2 seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onions, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
