Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet (ungreased), 2 inches apart.
Crisscross with fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
