Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes (uncooked)
    3 c. thin white sauce (pkg. or made with oil, flour and milk)
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in 2-quart casserole; add white sauce. Brown chops; season and arrange over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done and chops are tender.
