Tangy Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flounder, sole or perch fillets
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
parsley
Preparation

Place flounder, sole or perch fillets in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Combine dry white wine, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over fish.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until fish turns opaque, about 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
