Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag (2 lb.) hash browns
    2 cans potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and garlic salt.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
