Ingredients

1 large pizza crust
2 medium potatoes, baked
1 (5 to 6 oz.) light cream cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
bacon bits
chopped scallions or onions
Preparation

Bake crust at 425\u00b0 until browned. Spread cream cheese on cooked crust. Slice unpeeled, cooked potatoes in 1/4-inch slices. Place potatoes on top of cream cheese, spread out and not touching. Top with cheeses, bacon bits and scallions. Bake at 425\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
