Golden Tuna-Rific Meat Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. onion, diced
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and parsley.
Chill for 1 hour.
Place 1 cup cornflakes on wax paper and crush with rolling pin to make 1/4 cup crushed flakes.
Sprinkle with parsley and mix.
Pile tuna mixture on wax paper over crushed flakes. Shape into ball and roll over flakes until coated.
Place in center of serving platter and circle with assorted crackers. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
