Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt
    2 c. grated pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 4 cups hot water. Stir in sugar and a pinch of salt. When partly set, add grated pineapple and grated carrots.
    Put in a pan and refrigerate to finish setting. When ready, cut into squares to serve. Can serve on lettuce with a dab of mayonnaise on top (whipped topping is also good).
