Irene'S Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (medium thickness)
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 garlic clove
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    2 dashes nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation
    Fry pork chops to brown lightly.
    Place chops in casserole; top with onion rings, green pepper strips and garlic.
    Blend sauce and pour over top.
    Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
