Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. or 2 large ripe bananas
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream the sugar and 1 cup shortening. Add the eggs, bananas, Bisquick and, if desired, the chopped walnuts.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Check with a toothpick in center to see if bread is dry.
    Remove from pan to cool.
