Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped corn
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except popcorn and baking soda.
    Dissolve mixture over low heat.
    Boil for 5 minutes on medium.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda.
    Stir and pour over popcorn, coating the corn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
