Italian Lunch Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1 c. pitted green olives
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour; serve hot or chill and slice for sandwiches.
    Cooking time: 1 hour.
