Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can chopped stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
