Swiss Cheese Fondue(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. milk
1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. dry white wine
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine flour, seasonings and milk in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Beat with rotary beater or wire whisk until smooth. Stir in cheese.
Add butter.
Cover with a glass lid.
